Returns & Exchange- We do not accept any returns & exchange unless the product is damaged or defective.

Wash separately for the first wash. Do not wash with other colours.
Hand wash separately using mild detergent only.
Do not bleach.
Dry in shade.
Iron on low heat if needed.
Returns & Exchange
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each MASU piece. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the MASU pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
If for some reason, you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at support@masuliving.com within 3 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the products. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them.
Exchange Disclaimer:
1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
2. All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
3. For international exchanges the rules are different. For all international exchanges the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. If there is a damaged product, then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation in an email to you.

Each order goes through a thorough quality check before dispatching still, if you find there is a manufacturing defect or there are incorrect or missing items from your order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with photos and videos. We will evaluate the issue and help you out promptly.
